Well...I took the plunge and moved my family blog to a more secure site. I hope that is enough to keep my kids safe. Thank you for all your suggestions and ideas! I feel much better about it now.


After doing a little research and hearing some suggestions from you, here are some "rules" I am going to make for myself:

• Make sure the content you post is something you would be comfortable sharing with a stranger.
• Never offer information that is too personal. (Last name, contact info, addresses, phone numbers, school names, last names of relatives, etc.)
• Never tell when you are going on vacation or when your husband/family is leaving town.
