ReplyDeleteThe skirts are way way easy. I put 4 layers of tulle together, you pick the colors, make the bottom layer longer than the top. I used about 3 yards. You fold over the top about an inch and then sew, making a slit to feed elastic through. Then you just scrunch it onto the elastic using a long safety pin just like making a scrunchy. Pretty easy I really just winged it. Then you hot glue on the rhinestones and flower. I really hope this makes sense and helps:)!!
