A few days ago, I was driving in my car and listening to one of my husband's programmed radio stations. A song came on the radio and after listening for 10 seconds, I was on a hunt to find out who the singer was. I LOVE the song. I finally found it today!! It is "I'm Yours" by Jason Mraz. I am sure I am the last person to hear this song cause normally, I am a dull, talk radio kind of girl, but I seriously am going to buy it. Like...right now. i *heart* jason mraz!
Take a listen! I bet you will love it too! (Oh...and while you are listening...watch for the guy that does the belly flop in the background. It's hilarious.) The video makes me homesick for Hawaii. J and I just bought tickets to visit my parents on Oahu in April! I can't wait...

I love this song too! I first heard it a couple months ago in my workout class and fell in love with it. I did the same thing you did and rushed home to find out who it was. Love the sound of it!

ReplyDeleteWe are big Jason Mraz fans! We too are going to his concert in October. We saw him in Vegas two years ago, and it was the funnest show! I had this song as one of my songs O' the week back at the beginning of summer, it is a fun one!

ReplyDeleteOk, I was just going to go to bed and mark all my feeds as read...being sneaky like that. But when I saw yours I had to pop in to say that I love that song too! My husband and I discovered it on the playlist at the Old Red Barn Co. Blog and I was immediately smitten and made him download it (along with nearly everything else on her playlist). It's funny, but sometimes I go to her blog just for the music lol. Anyway, I'm pretty much a homebody and don't listen to the radio much, so I'm still listening to older Matchbox 20, my favs from the 80's & 90's and a lot of classical, with very few modern songs. My kids are great though, and don't make fun of me! I'm so lucky. Yeah, I *heart* Jason Mraz too! Oh, by the way...if you search youtube for that song, you'll find a young Eastern girl with the most beautiful voice singing it with her guitar. ReplyDeleteLOVE jason Mraz. I have listened to him for a lot of years. Check out his old stuff, you'll love it! He is coming to Utah in October, to the E center. He's great in concert, you should go!
