...yummy food

I really love to cook, but I haven't always felt that way. In fact, when J and I were engaged, many of my friends and family warned him that he was going to starve. I remember calling my mom in those newlywed days to ask her how to boil eggs. Sad, I know.

Anyway...I made up this quiche recipe and I am not sure what the measurements were for everything, but it was yummy. It had eggs, cheese, red bell pepper, ham, onion, corn, and some other stuff that I can't think of right now. A southwestern quiche?
