...haircuts

Oh...I am getting cold feet. I have been wanting to cut my hair for the past year, but have been too scared to. I like being the girl with long hair. I haven't really cut my hair short since 8th grade...12 years ago! So...I need your advice. Should I do it? I love the haircut, but I really think I am going to bawl. Let me know what you think. Will it look good on me? With my hair color? I realize that I am not as pretty as her...so I am worried. If only my hairdresser could just give me this girl's whole head...

I have a hair appointment at 3:45 on the 10th. eek!! Help!

  1. Okay... so on the Today Show I saw how you can do the faux bob - lots of celebrities are doing it, it looks like a real bob too, but cute. Maybe that could be your trial. I think you would look cute... but it is scary... but hair grows back.

  2. I think it's a cute hairdo....but it's ultimately your call! I love shorter bob looks. I need a haircut too. Thanks for reminding me :)

  5. I know I'm a stranger (I found you on Kristi's blog), but I can't resist chiming in on this post. Having had super short hair for the past three years (I'll never go long again), I am a big advocate for short 'dos. I think you should do it. You have a great face shape, I think it would be super flattering on you.

The wonderful thing about hair is that it grows out, which should give you a little piece of mind, although I can see how you might be a little nervous having had long hair for so long. Also, looking at the side by side pictures, it looks like you might have enough hair to donate to locks of love. Maybe knowing that your hair was being donated to a good cause would help take the edge off...
