...how much I love my friends

Last night, I met up with two of my friends for dinner. We ate at a really yummy Chinese restaurant (and this is coming from a Chinese-food hater!) At 8:30, we were the only ones left in there and the hostess stood near our table, arms folded, and glared at us until we felt uncomfortable enough to leave. I guess they wanted to close early? hmm. We weren't done talking, so we headed over to Smart Cookie in AF and ordered frozen hot chocolates. Holy Yum! You have to try it! All the tables in the store were being used and the other stores were closed, so we ended up sitting in the car talking for over an hour...and we wished it was longer.

I have so many fabulous friends here and am so sad to leave...especially after nights like last night. Yes...we may be leaving. J was offered a job in his home town and it is quite likely that he will be taking it. I am really trying to be happy about it.

  1. You should have told me you hated Chinese! I'm glad you still enjoyed it. And I'm crossing my fingers an even better opportunity for your family comes here in UT.

  3. Well, you'll love Burley then.. because burley doesn't have any good chinese food restaurants! I love Chinese food but everything is soooo nasty here! Ps... I am so excited for you guys to move here! That house you guys wanted us to look at is our Bishop's house! We're going to head over there hopefully today to take some pics!

  5. I've never really heard of frozen hot chocolate! Who knew? lol. And I really get bugged by those glaring waitresses. No one should interfere with a girl's night out!

  6. Rude lady at the restaurant!!! That's one thing I have noticed about Utah is that places like that tend to just close when they feel like it!

Idaho!!!! Congrats??? I hope it all works out and feel ready and comfortable going! Big moves are hard! trust me!
