I played with my stamps today. Didn't finish many projects, but I felt the need to stamp every image in all the new stamp sets at least once. I now have a pile of wasted paper, but boy-oh-boy did I have fun! What I love most about the Homemade Holiday Bundle is that it doesn't take a lot of thought. Your work is done for you. All you need is paper, ink and the stamps and you are good to go. These are the sets for everyone. (Even you, Mom.) And you paper-crafting pros can take these sets a step further and make something totally unique and creative.
I wanted to keep these first projects simple. I know not all of you are stampers, so I made some projects that anyone could do.
First up: the gift tag. Because the gift is a bag of apples with an included apple pie recipe, I stamped the cute little apple image in the center of the sentiments and embossed it in red. (You can just use red or black ink as well; it would be just as cute.)
I am sending this with a favorite recipe: Carmel Apple Pie Cheesecake. Ooh, goodness. YUM!
I can't wait for you to play with these sets. Available now for ordering at Wplus9 Studio!
