...surprise! it's october

whoa! Did October sneak up on you too? I'd like to know what happened to September, because it completely slipped by without my notice.

I am pretty excited for the arrival of October for a few reasons:

-I am a cold-blooded weather-wimp woman, but I get a kick out of the crazy fall weather here in Utah. It has a hard time making up it's mind. Snow one day, shorts-weather the next. It is rather entertaining.
-My daughter's birthday is 4 days before my due date. I am feeling guilt for her bday that will probably be neglected, so we are throwing a Halloween bash for a few of her friends. Can't wait to begin the planning and fill you in on the details.
-I am celebrating the first day of October by having a playdate/brunch with my good friend, Christina. We claim to be getting together for the kids...but really we are both in need of a good friend-to-friend chat session.
-October is one month closer to meeting my sweet little bundle.
