...subscriptions

I am not sure how these all started coming to me...but they did just the same. I know I "earned" the Good Housekeeping subscription on a website, paid for the Ensign and the Friend myself, and my mother-in-law gave me the Real Simple subscription. The rest are a mystery. I am currently receiving the following massive list of magazines on a monthly basis:

Body & Soul
Metropolitan Home
Good Housekeeping
Real Simple
Website Magazine
Ensign
The Friend
Cookie
Family Fun
Healthy Children
Wondertime
Parents
Parent & Child
Electronic House
BYU | Magazine

I didn't know what to do with them all. I want to look at them and save them for some of the ideas and articles, but I can't stand clutter. SOOOO...I have decided to use my blog as storage for all the things in the magazines that I want to remember, and then I will toss the magazine. Good idea, huh? I hope you all will enjoy the ideas/articles I compile too.

  1. Good idea! You should stop subscribing to the ones that you don't care about too.

  7. That is serious amounts of magazines, especially considering you're not sure where some of them are coming from! I need to work on decluttering magazines too- I have boxes in my basement!

  8. Wow, those all look like fun! It is a lot, but it must be a blast to go through them and get ideas. I used to get Vanity Fair, the Economist and Rolling Stone - kinda boring when compared to those.

  9. after you go through them, you should donate them to the nearest hospital or nursing home, or some place that takes them. Even gyms take old magazines, much better than tossing. then everyone wins!
