...lemon bars

I love lemon bars. LOVE them. I am picky about them, too. I don't like them to be too sweet, to jell-o-y, to runny. I also don't like many packaged things. However...I found an excellent lemon bar mix. It isn't as good as my Grandma Smith's recipe, but it is as close to Heaven as a box can get. Krusteaz. Try them sometime.

(If you are wondering why I was thinking about these today, it is because I went shopping at Target with my friend Christina for a baby gift. Sitting, oh so conspicuously, on display were these yummy things. I just couldn't pass them up...)

    I love those too! They really are quite yummy. Lemon bars are on my list of absolute faves too! I'm always on the hunt for a really good recipe. I usually just end up with this box.
